4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 quart of water
1 cup diced onions
1 -16oz pkg of frozen mixed vegetables thawed
2 1/2 cups of diced potatoes
2 cans of Campbell cream of chicken soup
1 pound box of Velveeta Cheese cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 4 bouillons cubes in the quart of water. add onion, potatoes cook until tender. Add cream of chicken soup and vegetables.
Melt Velveeta in a sauce pan over low heat with a little milk to prevent burning/sticking to the pan. Add the cheese mixture to the potato mixture when the potatoes and vegetables are cooked. Combine and add seasoning as desired. Ready to serve once cheese is mixed in with the potatoes.

This recipe was sent to Joanna & Bill by Ed & Marlene King March 13, 2000. This recipe was written on a note card with a picture of Ed's titled Iowa Sunset/ The picture was sold of pheasants taking off. On the note card the mail box has King on it, But on the sold painting, Ed explained that he put the name: Finch on it for the person who bought the painting. This was a large painting 27" x 36". Ed King was Bill King's youngest brother. The stamp on the envelope was a 33cent stamp
