2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 pkg. frozen carrots and peas
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
small jar Cheese Whiz
saute small onion
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Pepperidge Farm Bread Stuffing crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables together according to directions on packages. Heat together soups and add Cheese whiz and onion and mushrooms. Mix with vegetables and pour into a greased casserole.
Top with bread stuffing crumbs
Bake 350º 45 minutes

Virginia Burgess did not like vegetables, but knew that vegetables were very important in a daily diet. So Virginia would make vegetables appetizing by adding different sauces and blends so she and her family would eat more vegetables.
