2 cups flour
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup hot milk
1 tsp salt
2 T melted butter
1 tsp sugar
14 peaches, skinned

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into bow. Make indentation in middle and add beaten egg, melted butter & mix together with hot milk. Work well into smoother dough. Place on floured board & roll to 1" thickness. Cut into squares, place fruit on square & cover well with dough. Cook in boiling water 8-10 minutes. Remove & pour heated butter over & sprinkle with sugar.
