1/3 c. egg substitute
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste, divided
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. prepared horseradish, divided
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 envelope onion soup mix
1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp steak seasoning
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
1 tsp. water
1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine egg substitute, 1/2 c. tomato paste, mustard, 1 tsp horseradish, oats, soup mix, garlic powder & steak seasoning. Crumble beef & turkey over mixture & mix well.
Shape into a loaf & place in an 11x7 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine the water, sugar, remaining tomato paste & remaining horseradish, spread over meat loaf.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. Drain if necessary.
