sweet potatoes
orange juice
salt
butter
ground nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped pecans
miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil, drain and mash sweet potatoes.
2. Moisten with orange juice
3. Add salt & butter to taste
4. also a few grains of nutmeg (grates)
5. stir in 1/2 c chopped pecans
6. put in buttered casserole
7. Dot with marshmallows on top
8.Bake 375º til marshmallows melt and brown
