3 pkgs. French green beans
1/2 cup water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup reg. strength chicken broth
1 T. corn starch
2 cup sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2/3 cup slivered almonds
1 T. butter
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook beans until just tender. Drain.
2. Gradually blend broth and cornstarch
3. Cook, stirring, until clear & thick
4. Blend in sour cream, sugar, nutmeg & salt
5. Pour hot over beans
6. Saute almonds until slightly browned
7. Spoon into and over casserole
8. Sprinkle with cheese, cover & refrigerate up to 24 hours
9. Bake in 375º oven for 40 minutes or until heated thru and top slightly browned
