2 cans chicken broth
3 cans black beans
2 cans Rotel
1 pkg polish sausage ( round pkg sliced about 1/2 inch thick and then cut in half)
1 onion chopped
1 Tbl chili pepper
1 c cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and sausage with 2 Tbl olive oil in a big pot on the stove. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for an hour.

This is good in a crock pot too and let it simmer all day. Also this can be frozen and tastes great.
