2 pk. crescent rolls (seamless)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pk. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (not dip)
1-2 stalks broccoli ( use very top tips of florets only)
about 1/3 cup grated carrots

about 1/4 cup finely diced red onion

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and mix with dressing mix. Unroll crescent rolls evenly onto cookie sheet. If using roll mix with seams, press down on seams to make uniform surface. Bake as per package directions. Let cool. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust. Distribute mixed veggies on top. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes to set. Cut into desired shapes.
Can use variety of veggies, but should be colorful, not moist, and chopped very fine. One package makes about 24 squares. Can prepare a day in advance.

Personal Notes:
At Christmas, it's fun to shape roll mix into shape of Christmas tree. It makes a fun presentation for a cocktail party.
