--Basa fish fillets
--olive oil
--Emeril's original seasoning
--3-4 limes
--pepper
--kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brush each side of fish fillets with olive oil. Liberally sprinkle with Emeril's seasoning. Squeeze limes over fish, then sprinkle pepper and salt to taste. Bake uncovered at 400º for 5-10 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
