Kraut
2 apples. peeled, cut up
1 large onion sliced
3-4 whole cloves
3/4 T brown sugar
white wine (Chablis, Rhine)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash brine from kraut thoroly.
2. Add apples, onion, cloves, brown sugar, Mix together
3. Cover with white wine
4. Cover and Simmer at least 2 hours
5. May add more wine
6.Add boiled potatoes and wieners or Polish Sausage/knackwurst.
7. heat through and serve
