1 Package Double Stuffed Oreos.
1 block Philadelphia cream cheese (room temp).
1 package chocolate chips.
1 tsp. crisco.
Directions:
Directions:
Take package of Oreo cookies and using a food processor chop them up very fine. In a bowl, mix room temp cream cheese and the ground up Oreo cookies. Mash together until well mixed. Roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a quarter and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a double boiler like pan over medium heat stir package of chocolate chips and crisco until melted. Once the chips are melted drop the balls of oreo into the pan and roll in chocolate until covered. Set on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper to firm up. Once they are all done, refrigerate over night. You can also use mint double stuffed oreo or Peanut butter double stuffed oreos.
