2 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
2 T. melted butter
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Cinnamon to dust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Separate eggs.
2. Beat yolks until lemon colored
3. Add milk and butter.
4.Sift dry ingredients
5. Beat in sifter dry ingredients
6.Beat egg whites until stiff
7. Fold into mixture
8.Bake in hot waffle iron
9. To keep hot-place in hot oven
10. Dust with salt and cinnamon
11. Do not allow to touch each other/

Uncertain about the dusting with salt and cinnamon-wondering if possibly this should be dust with cinnamon and sugar?
