1/4 cup sugar
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup self rising flour (with Reg flour and 1/2 tsp soda)
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup minced onion
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the dry items.
Add milk little by little to consistency.
Drop spoon full into hot fat til they are light brown and "turn over" by themselves.
