3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp oil
2 cups cooked cut up chicken
1/2 of 4 oz can chopped green chili peppers
1 recipe spicy sauce
8 - 7 inch flour tortillas
1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion & garlic in oil for 2 minutes. Add chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Drain - then add peppers. Stir 1/3 spicy sauce into chicken mixture. Fill each tortilla with 1/3 cup of mixture. Roll up. Place in greased baking dish. Top with remaining sauce. Cover, Bake at 400º for 30 minute. Top with tomatoes the last 5 minutes in oven.
Spicy Sauce: Melt 2 tbsp margarine. Stir in 2 tbsp flour, 2 r chili powder. Add 1 cup milk. Cook & stir til bubbly. Stir in 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese.
