6-8 pieces split Chicken breasts
6-8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1 T vermouth, optional
2 cups herbal seasoned croutons, crushed
1 stick of butter o oleo, softened
Directions:
Directions:
Use enough chicken breasts to fill the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place a slice of cheese on top of each breast.
In a small bowl, mix chicken soup, water & vermouth until smooth. Pour over chicken.
In a small bowl, mix together crushed croutons and softened butter/oleo. Sprinkle on top.
Bake 350 º in oven for an hour or until chicken pieces are done.

This is a recipe that the whole King Clan loves. Joanna's grandsons have adapted this recipe to their grills and have modified the recipe to make it their own by adding their 'special' spice combinations. This was recipe Joanna clipped out of the newspaper some years ago.
