1 cut up chicken or 4 large chicken breasts
shortening
salt
pepper
flour
onion
4 chicken bouillon cubes
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt enough shortening to cover bottom of electric fry pan about 1/4 in. deep. Coat each of chicken with flour. Add salt and pepper and add finely chopped onion. Fry until crispy and turn over. repeat. When chicken is done, remove from the pan. Add the bouillon cubes and about a 1/2 c, flour. If too dry, add more shortening. Once browned, add milk, and keep stirring. Gravy will thicken as it cooks. If still too thick, add more milk.
