1 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp.almond extract
2-1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together, beat in egg, almond extract and green food coloring. Mix dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Fill cookie press and press out onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes or till edges are light brown. Remove from cookie sheet right away.
