4 - 6 chicken breast or thighs
1/2 c. flour
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 can mushrooms. sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Roll chicken in flour till coated. Fry in oiled frying pan over med. heat until golden brown. Transfer to oven proof dish.
Stir together soup, curry & mushrooms. Pour over chicken & toss to coat. Bake approx. 1 hr.
