2 pkg. yeast or 4 1/2 tsp.
1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. scalded milk
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted shortening
3 eggs (well beaten)
3-1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, 1/2 c. warm water and 1 tbsp. sugar together and set aside. Mix 3 c. flour, milk and 1 c. warm water together and then add yeast mixture. Add other ingredients and mix well. Flour surface, dump dough into flour and sprinkle a small amount of flower on top. Let sit for 10 minutes. Knead for 10 minutes and place in a greased bowl, cover and set aside to rise until double in size, punch down and let rise till double in size again. Shape into buns and let rise. Bake for 20 minutes at 375º,
