2 1/3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp rum flavouring
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. white raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. each red & green cherries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease 9" or 10" tube pan.
Blend flour, sugar, baking flour & salt.
Add shortening, milk, vanilla & rum.
Beat for 2 min.
Add eggs & beat 2 more min.
Stir in fruit & nuts.
Spread in pan.
Bake 60 - 65 min.
Cool on wire rack 15 min. Remove from pan.
Spread with glaze type icing letting it run down sides.
Decorate with cherries & nuts if desired.
