2-1/8 c. cake flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. spry (crisco)
1 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together in a bowl- cake flour, baking powder and sugar. Add spry,milk and vanilla. Then beat in 4 large egg whites.
Put in a 9x13 greased cake pan and bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minuets or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
