1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup beer
1/3 cup onion, chop
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. honey
3/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

In a food processor, cream together cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Add all of other ingredients. Process until smooth. Chill 1 hour, serve with crackers.
