16 c. flour
3 lb. can shortening
11/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
I mix this together and then store in a container or slip lock bag and put in the freezer.
When I want to make a pie I take out 2 c. mixture for a double crust pie.
I put 1 egg in a measuring c.,1 tabs. vinegar and fill it with water. Mix together and add just enough to make dough form a ball. Roll out and brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

I usually cut this in half because it is such a large recipe. I like it because It saves time when I want to make a pie.
