2-1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2-1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Stir in chopped walnuts, grated orange peel. Mix 1 beaten egg, orange juice and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes or until done. Remove from pan, cool on rack. Wrap and store overnight
