2 quarts chilled champagne
1 quart chilled sparkling water

This punch is great for parties and holidays when you are serving a large crowd.
Elizabeth always made a decorative ice ring to float in the punch by freezing a 50-50 mix of ginger ale and sparkling water in an old-style jello ring mold. She would put slices of lemon, lime, orange or other fruit into the ring before freezing to add some beautiful color.
