8 oz jar candied cherries
8oz jar candied pineapple
1# pecans
1#dates
4eggs slightly beaten
1c flour
1c sugar
1T baking powder
½ t salt
1t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cut nuts, fruit, date into ½ or ¼. Use large mixing bowl. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt over fruit and mix until all is coated. Pour eggs and vanilla over all ingredients. Mix well.
3- 1# loaf pans greased and lined with wax, paper. Divide mixture. Cook in preheated oven 1 hour (may not take that long).
