2 crust pie shell

9” pan

Filling: crust in bottom
2 1/2c apples (thin slice)
1/2c sugar
3T flour
¼-1/2t cinnamon
1 17oz apricot halves (drained- keep syrup 1T )

Glaze
1/4c apricot preserves (mix) 1 T apricot juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine filling ingredients except the apricots. Mix lightly. Pour into crust. Top with apricots, cut side down.

Do lattice top & seal.

40-50 min 425 degrees

Mix glaze ingredients. Brush over top of warm pie (or tart- 10” pan with removable side. Remove after cooling.
