24-30 eggs
24 chili peppers
1 head (small) garlic
2 cans (16oz) beets not pickled
2 cans onions
All juice from beets and onions
2- beet cans vinegar
¾ c chili pepper juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beet, onion and chili juice and vinegar in large pan. Slowly heat and boiling point.
Lager eggs, beats , onions plus chili’s and garlic cloves. Ladle hot juice as you go.
24= gal jar
30= gal + 1 quart
In fridge for at least 2 weeks hopefully!
