brisket, dry onion soup, small sliced onion, 2 stalks chopped celery, 1 C chili sauce, 1/2 C water

Directions:

Bake approx. 3 hrs
Brown brisket in Dutch oven- when brown throw over 1 pkg of dry onion soup- add small sliced onion, 2 stalks of chopped celery-1 c chili sauce and ½ c water
Cover and cook 350 degrees in oven until it lacks ½ to ¾ hour being done- add 1 can beer and continue to cook covered remaining ½ to ¾ hour.
