2-3 chicken breasts boned and skinned
˝ c rice (regular)-substitute rice a roni
Chopped onion
Large mushrooms-buttons
1 c broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté lightly floured chicken, separately, sauté rice and onion. Add mushrooms and broth. Lay chicken on top. Cover tightly
Cook 20 min at 350 degrees
