2-4 whole chicken breasts-halved salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp butter
1 small onion sliced
1 c fresh mushrooms sliced
1 c sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ to ¾ c cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Season breasts, brown both sides in butter. Arrange chicken, onions and mushrooms in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients together in skillet where you brown chicken. Pour over chicken. Bake 400, 40 to 50 min. serve over noodles
