2 T. butter
2 c. fruit (fresh or canned)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º ~ 30-35 minutes ~ 8x8" pan

Melt butter and coat pan.
Heat the fruit in a pan or the microwave.
Mix the next 5 ingredients together and pour into the pan. Pour the heated fruit on top of the batter. Bake.

If you double the recipe, you can use a 9x13" pan or larger.
