Ingredients:  
Steam 2 (12 oz) pkg frozen spinach, reserve the juice.
Saute in a fry pan on the stove
1 1/2 stick butter
2 onions ( chopped)
1 garlic clove minced
Add
4 Tbl flour
4 Tbl spinach jiuice
1 can carnation milk ( I use almond milk)
MIx with onion mixture
add steamed spinach and
2 Tbl cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 lb velveta cheese
1 lb queso cheese ( hot soft cheese)

Directions:

Serve hot with tortilla chips
