2 1/2 lb. potatoes (about 7), peeled, quartered
4 cloves garlic
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened, cubed
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 tsp salt

1. Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large covered saucepan 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, drain. Return to pan.
2. Add remaining ingredients mash to desired consistency.
