1 medium sized bottom round roast
5-6 peeled potatoes
3-4 Carrots
1/2 onion chopped
1 can beer
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
water
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a large oven pan.
Cover with water
Seal top
Bake for 4 hours on 250.
