3 c. soft bread crumbs (for firmer bread pudding use 4)
2 c. scalded milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk-butter together
then add rest of ingredients and put in a 11x71/2" baking dish, or a11/2 qt. baking dish. Set baking dish in a larger pan and add about 1" hot water. Bake until silver knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold
Bake 40 to 45 min. at 350º
