1 pkg lemon jello
1 - 8 1/4 oz crushed pineapple (drain and reserve liquid)
8 large marshmallows (cut into chunks)
3 bananas, sliced
1/2 c sugar
2 T cornstarch
1 c cool-whip
1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lemon jello in 1 c boiling water and then add 1 c cool water. Cool and add pineapple and bananas. Let set in refrigerator until firm. To the reserved pineapple juice add enough water to make 1 c. Mix sugar, cornstarch and egg, stir in juice. cook to a full boil. Cool. Add whipped topping and marshmallows then spread over set jello. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
