1 stick plus 3 tbsp. butter (room temp.)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. quick oatmeal
3 c. flour
11/2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
First mix the first 4 ingredients together and then add the rest. Mix real good and then refrigerate over nite. (this will be sticky)
Next day roll into tennis balls . Have a bowl of flour so you can put balls in before you roll them out. Roll out on floured board and cut into strips.
bake at 350 for 8 to 9 min.

Cream Cheese for Flat Bread
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1/3 c. milk
1 stick margarine
melt cheese with milk and margarine than add:
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
dill weed (just dump what you would like)
1 large jar of chopped pimiento mix well.

This cheese sauce keeps well in refrigerator and is also good on crackers.
