1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp dried basil, crumbled
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crumbled
1/2 tsp red pepper, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 doz. lg. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. beer, room temp.
3 c. hot cooked rice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 7 ingredients in cup or bowl.
In lg. fry pan, saute butter, garlic & Worcestershire over med. heat. Add seasoning mixture.
Once well incorporated stir in shrimp & tomato. Cook 2 min. stirring constantly. Pour in beer. Cover & cook 1 min. or until shrimp are bright pink.
Serve over rice.
