2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and soda; set aside. Melt butter. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar together; add eggs, one at a time and beat. In a small bowl, mash bananas; add to egg mixture and beat. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Add nuts and pour into a greased 9' x 5' loaf pan. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour or until done.
