1 pre baked pie shell
Lots of fresh basil
2 cups shredded mozzarella
3 large tomatoes
½ cup mayo
¼ cup parmesan (freshly grated)
¼ tsp pepper
1 onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella on pre-baked pie shell. Slice tomatoes, rinse off seeds, drain and pat dry. Cut fresh basil. Layer in shell, tomatoes, basil, and onion. Mix 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ c parmesan, and ½ cup mayo together and spread mixture on top of tomatoes. Bake at 375 for about 30 min.
