6 large green peppers, topped and cleaned out.
1 lb hamburger
1/2 onion chopped
Salt & pepper
1lb can tomatoes
1/2 C water
1/2 C uncooked rice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 oz cheese (I use velveeta)

Directions:
Directions:
Precook the peppers in salted water, drain and cool. Brown hamburger and onion. Drain and season with s&p. Add tomatoes, water, rice and w. sauce. Cover and simmer until rice is tender. Stir in the cheese and melt. Stuff the peppers and stand upright in baking dish. Bake, uncovered 350º for 20-25 minues.
