1 1/2 C Mayonnaise (real, not Miracle Whip)
1 (4oz) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp finely grated onion
1/4 tssp ground red peper
1 (8oz) block extra-sharp cheddar cheese finely shredded
1 (8oz) block sharp cheddar cheese finely shredded.

This works best for made in the food processor. Shred the cheese, then add the reszt and mix together. Store in tightly lidded container in refrigerator. Tastes better the day after it is made.

Variations: Cream cheese and olive pimiento cheese - Reduce mayo to 3/4 C. Add 1 (8oz) package cream cheese and 1 (6 oz) jar drained, chopped salad olives.

Pecan Pimiento cheese - Stir in 3/4 C toasted chopped pecans.
