Make pancakes from Pioneer mix or Bisquick mix
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 cups Pioneer mix
2 to 4 tbsp. melted butter (Optional)
1/2 can (20oz.)crushed pineapple (Drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat lightly oiled surface to 350º. Mix ingredients until smooth. Add melted butter, if desired, and then fold 1/2 can of pineapple. Cook pancakes 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Turn only once.
