2 to 3 lbs of pork country ribs (Boneless if available)
Sliced onion to place on top of meat
Salt and pepper
Place in slow cooker on high until tender

Remove liquid from slow cooker

Add:
Approx 16 oz catsup
1 chopped bell pepper (Optional)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

All ingredients are approximate and if you make this often enough you will not be measuring it, you will just be adding it in. We were out of bell pepper one day and so we left it out. We never added it in again.
