1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 bunch green onions (chives)

sea salt to taste
fresh pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine noodles until al dente. Add a tbs. of olive oil and salt to your boiling water to help the noodles not stick. Drain and rinse. Pour the heavy whipping cream into a deep dish pan. On med high heat stir the cream until it is frothy with bubbles. Once the cream is bubbling and some of the liquid has burned off, turn the heat off. Toss the cooked noodles, Parmesan, green onions, and seasonings together. Serve hot. Can sprinkle more Parmesan on top.

Personal Notes:
You can add shrimp, chicken, zucchini, sun dried tomatoes and pretty much anything else to make it more fancy. I make pasta almost once a week for my family. It fills everyone up and everyone loves it. To make it healthier use wheat pasta and add vegetables.
