6 eggs-beaten well
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

Beat well and fry on greased griddle:

When brown remove and place one at a time on platter,spreading each one with melted butter,sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon,place another one on top , spread again with butter,sugar and cinnamon, continue until you have 8 to 10 on a stack. Cut like pie and serve a wedge for each serving. Place platter on warmer or oven to keep warm until you have a stack made.
