1 pkg. (5 links) Italian sausage or Jenny-O Turkey Italian Sausage
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
15 oz. no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (Use ONLY ½ pkg.)
1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 16oz. container of Ricotta Cheese (size may vary)
5 oz. no yoke extra wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
mozzarella cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare an 11”x7” casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Cut slit in side of sausage casing and remove meat. Brown sausage, onion and garlic in small amount of olive oil. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Mix well and cook over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken.

Meanwhile, in another sauce pan, heat
evaporated milk and cream cheese. Cook until smooth.

Stir in cooked noodles. Pour meat mixture onto bottom of casserole dish. Spoon layer of Ricotta cheese over top of meat mixture. (About ½ of the container) Pour noodle mixture over top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top.

Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Service with garlic bread and a green salad.
