2 packages taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 (16 oz) jar salsa-hot, chunky style
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups refried beans with garlic and onion, or plain

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beans and taco seasoning together, spread in bottom of rectangular baking pan. Spread salsa on top of the bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top of salsa, ending with top layer of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. For a challenge, add 1/2 cup of finely chopped jalapeno peppers along with the salsa. Serve with nacho chips.
