2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup toasted and chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In large saucepan, melt one cup of chips and butter over low heat. Stir in milk, egg, and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder until blended. Stir in pecans and remaining chips. Pour mixture into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
